sampleSyncronize

Time shifts the seismograms of the vector so that the samples align in time with integer multiples of the sample period, based on the first seismogram in the first component. This does not modify the data, only moves the begin times by up to one half a sample period to syncronize the components. This is useful for processors like vectorTrim and rotateGCP which expect seismograms to be of the same length and/or time. Note that this may not be exact for large time windows due to numerical rounding.
