Gets seismograms from II, IU, US and IC until the end of time

Once starting the recipe, it will run for the next 1000 years gathering seismograms. It uses the same criteria as REV to decide if an individual channel will be processed with a combination of linear distance magnitude range subsetters. These attempt to restrict the data returned to interesting seismograms for interesting earthquakes. In addition, a phase signal to noise processor throws out the worst of the data that does make it through
